    添加剂消耗不平衡引起的三价铬镀铬故障

    摘要?#22909;?#36848;了一次硫酸盐三价铬镀铬出现镀层发雾和发花故障的原因及处理措施。由于添加剂中糖精钠与其他成分消耗不平衡,因此按糖精钠的分析结果比工艺上限高来维护镀液,势必造成表面活性剂一类的中间体含量?#29616;?#20559;低。向镀槽中适量补充添加剂,使表面活性剂中间体含量达到工艺要求之余,过量的糖精钠不会对镀液造成影响,于是故障得到了排除。

    Abstract: The reason for the formation of hazy and blurry coatings during trivalent chromium plating in a sulfate bath and the countermeasure were described. The consumption rates of sodium saccharin and other components in the additive are not the same. If the bath maintenance is carried out based on the fact that the determined content of sodium saccharin is higher than the upper limit, the content of surfactant intermediate and the like ought to be very low. The problem was eliminated by replenishing some additive to make the content of surfactant intermediate meet the requirement. The excess of sodium saccharin had no effect on the bath performance.
